Refund policy

We hope you love your new piece, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to help!

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To start a return, please email us at support@shopmonicaleigh.com with your order number and a brief note about why the item didn’t work for you. (Photos are only needed if your item arrived damaged or has an issue.)

All returns must be in clean, unworn, and perfect condition with original tags and packaging intact. Once received, our team will review your item and notify you within 2 business days if your return has been approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and postage costs. Returns should be sent to:

Refunds & Final Sale Items:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
• We do not charge a restocking fee at this time.
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
• Items showing any signs of wear will be denied and returned to the customer.
• We currently do not offer exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us with clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
